If you're having trouble signing in to your WallP account or resetting your password, the following steps will help you get back to taking payments.

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Visit https://wallp.io/password.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your WallP account > click Send Instructions.
  3. Check your email to find your Verification Code – you’ll have a message in your inbox with the subject “Password Reset Request.” If you can’t find the email, check your Spam folder.
  4. Enter your verification code from your email > click Verify.
  5. Create a new password.

If you set a security question, you'll need to answer it correctly to reset your password.

Reset Your Password in the WallP App

To reset your password from the WallP app or the WallP Dashboard app:

  1. Tap Forgot Password? from the Sign In screen.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your WallP account > tap Send.
  3. We'll automatically send you instructions via email to help you reset your password.

If you set up a security question, you'll need to answer it correctly to reset your password.

Reset Your Security Question

For added security, you can create a security question that will be required in order to reset your password. Including a security question is a powerful way to help keep your WallP account safe and secure.

If you forget the answer to the security question, the following tips may help:

  • The answer is case sensitive, so be sure to use the correct capitalization (e.g., The City versus the city).
  • Enter abbreviations when appropriate (e.g., Aug. versus August).
  • Recall whether you entered or spelled out a number (e.g., 5th of January versus fifth of January).

Password Reset Email Issues

If you haven't received the password reset email, try these tips to help you complete the process:

  • Check your junk mail folder, because WallP's emails are occasionally sorted out by spam filters.
  • Double-check that the email address you entered into the password reset field is the same email used to access your WallP account.
