If you run into trouble using WallP app, these tips will help you quickly get back to accepting payments.

Troubleshoot your Mobile Device

If you notice the WallP app isn't acting the way you expect, try the following troubleshooting tips:

  1. Make sure that both your mobile device and the WallP application are up to date.
  2. Log out of and back in to the application.
  3. Turn your mobile device off and on.
  4. Force quit the app on your device.
  5. Delete and reinstall the application. See Google's support site for instructions on how to do so.

Note: If you're using offline mode, DO NOT DELETE AND REINSTALL THE WALLP APP. Offline payments will be permanently lost and the funds will not be captured if the app is deleted.

Troubleshooting in Offline Mode

If you don't have connection to the Internet for a short period a time, you can accept payments in Offline mode. If you experience any issues with the WallP Bookeeper app on your mobile device while offline, try the following troubleshooting tips:

  1. Turn your mobile device on and off.
  2. Force quit the app on your device.

Note: DO NOT DELETE AND REINSTALL THE WALLP APP. Offline payments will be permanently lost and the funds will not be captured if the app is deleted.

Be sure that the date and time on your device are correct.

Delete and Reinstall the WallP App

Deleting and reinstalling the app will have no impact on your WallP account or completed payments, and none of your data will be lost, because it's stored on WallP's servers.

If you have accepted any payment while in Offline Mode, make sure your payments are uploaded before deleting the app.

Once you've deleted the app, you can access all of the account information by reinstalling and logging back in to your account with your existing email address and password.

Force Quit the WallP App

If you run into issues with the WallP app, we recommend force quitting the app on your device. Force quitting an app is the same as turning it off and back on again, and can help get it back up and running smoothly.

To force quit your app do:

  1. Within Settings select Application and continue to Manage Applications.
  2. From here, you'll be able to select all running applications. Tap the WallP app and then force quit the application.
